How much does the programme cost?
We're asking each Case Study business we work with to contribute £500 a month to the cost of delivering the programme (an 80% discount).
Why is there a cost?
In part, to head off "they're only saying nice things because it's free", but more importantly to ensure the businesses we work with are going into it committed to the programme. We've done a lot of work with incubators and accelerators, and unfortunately people tend to devalue free programmes when they're busy or under pressure.
Who will deliver the programme?
The majority of the programme (the training and coaching) will be delivered by our Founder, Adam Naisbitt
. We'll bring in extra support from the team and a few suppliers if and when you need more specialist help.
Who will do the marketing?
You'll be responsible for executing the marketing plan and any costs involved. That said, you're under no obligation to spend anything, and you may choose not to - especially at the outset. Also (and just to be completely transparent) we don't envisage you paying us for any surprise "extras".
How soon will I see results?
It's a little bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question, but we'd expect you to start seeing the value almost immediately and a difference in the success of your marketing a few sessions in.
How long am I committed to the programme?
The programme runs for twelve months, but we only ask you to commit to a minimum of six months. Not only does that give your campaign the best outcome - it helps us make sure that there is a story people can follow through the podcast.
How many businesses will you be taking on?
We don't have a firm number in mind. The plan is to take people on slowly and to try and focus more on variety over quantity. We're not planning on working with more than one business in a sector for that reason.
