Does it work?
This is probably the number one question people want to ask. Whilst the short answer is "yes" - and it's been proven to work time and time again over the past ten years - we need to stress that it's not a shortcut or magic wand. It makes campaign building easy to understand, but it's still a process that takes time and effort to get results. If you're serious about your marketing, we're sure you'll love the results you get!
How easy is it to use?
What people usually tell us they love first is how the process you go through is easy to follow and implement. However, what really makes it successful is that everything you do is part of a bigger picture - each step builds on the last, which means every decision you make automatically builds on the work you've done before it. If you trust the process, we're sure you'll love the results.

Is it something I can do myself?
Yes. In fact, it's particularly helpful if you're new to marketing or light on experience or confidence. The questions you'll ask yourself about your business and your marketing campaign will help you understand the gaps in your knowledge and skills, and help you find ways to fix them. If you're prepared to follow the process and put in a little extra work to fill those gaps - you might be surprised at what you can achieve.
How much time/money will I need?
The more time and the larger budget you have available, the quicker you'll get results. That said, time and time again we find that consistency is the most important factor in building a successful campaign - a few hours a week, every week will give you a phenomenal campaign in six months. So, if you're tight on time or light on budget, don't worry - the single best thing you can do is ring fence and protect what little time you have, and use that to build momentum over the next few months.
What if I already have a marketing campaign underway?
This is something we're asked a lot. The best place to start is by mapping your existing campaign against the stages of the Digital Engagement Framework™ and then working through any gaps or opportunities from the beginning to the end. Think of it as starting from the beginning, just you have some of the work already done!
Can I use it with my own clients?
Yes. We know other marketers use the Digital Engagement Framework™ with their clients, and you're welcome to do the same. All we ask is that you respect our IP and credit us appropriately.
Also, if you're an agency and provide tactical services (so the 'doing' side which we don't do), let us know. We constantly refer clients to local providers, so it would be good to find out more about what you do.
Does it work for everyone?
We've never come across a business that can't benefit from the Digital Engagement Framework™. There are fringe cases where it takes a lot more thought, but in reality they're far and few between.
