Can I change my membership?
Yes - you're not tied into any particular tier of membership. If you want to downgrade your membership, your new tier will apply from the end of your current billing period (so you'll effectively 'renew' at the lower tier). If you want to upgrade your membership, you'll have the choice of doing so from the current date or the first day of your next billing period.
Can I cancel my membership?
Whilst we'll be sad to see you go, we've made sure cancelling is as pain free as joining. Cancellations take effect on the last day of your current billing period (so the end of your 'month').
