Membership of #TeamDE
We offer multiple membership tiers ("plans") to which you may subscribe.
If you subscribe to a paid plan you will be billed monthly in advance for each calendar month of membership (your 'billing period'). You may give notice of your intent to cancel at any time and such cancellation will be deemed to take effect on the last day of your billing period. No refund will be given for days between the date you give notice and the last day of your billing period.
You may upgrade your plan at any time and you will be billed a pro-rata amount for the remainder of your billing period. Your billing with then continue at your upgraded rate on a monthly basis as set out above.
You may give notice of your intent to downgrade your plan at any time and such downgrade will be deemed to take effect on the last day of your billing period. No refund will be given for days between the date you request the downgrade and the last day of your billing period.
The products, services and discounts offered under each plan are subject to availability and we shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience where services or products are unavailable or offered on a materially different basis to which you expect. If any dispute or disagreement arises, we agree to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible, and you agree that our decision will be final.
In the event we are unable to offer the products and/or services as described under your plan we will, on request, offer a pro-rata refund calculated to account for the products and/or services which have been unavailable. You agree that our decision as to the value of any refund will be final.
If you purchase products and/or services from us, there may be additional terms and conditions which may vary the terms set out herein. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these terms and you agree that these terms may be varied in this way.
