We’ll create a bespoke coaching package based on your needs incorporating -

Goal Reviews We help you set the right goals and work with you to monitor them and the impact of your wider campaign.

Coaching Sessions A regular coaching session (usually monthly for an hour) where we discuss your business, marketing campaign, and help you make changes.

Momentum Calls Frequent scheduled calls (usually weekly) to discuss progress against your goals and to head off any problems before they derail your marketing.

On Demand Advice Access to our team (usually via Slack) to get advice on any challenges or questions that come up during your campaign.

Is Coaching for you?

If you're serious about your marketing and committed to getting results from your campaign, but worried about the cost of delays and mistakes, coaching might be what takes your campaign to the next level.

Without a doubt, having somebody there with you to encourage, guide and mentor you can be like pouring rocket fuel on your campaign. And it may surprise you how little it costs.

That said, coaching isn't for everybody.

Over the years we've learned a lot about bringing a campaign to life, and we find there are three things that underpin the success of a campaign - that there is a plan in place, somebody specific is responsible for delivering it, and that they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

What kind of people do you coach?
In the main we coach SME owners and entrepreneurs, marketing professionals in large organisations, and marketing consultants who in turn are providing marketing to other businesses. In practice, we can coach anybody who is personally responsible for delivering a marketing campaign.
How often do coaching sessions take place?
Whilst we'll tailor your coaching package to you and your objectives, most coaching takes place either bi-weekly or monthly. Our Momentum Calls bridge the gap between those sessions to help you stay on track.
Who will I be coached by?
All of our coaching is delivered by our Founder, Adam Naisbitt. You can find out more about Adam here.
Is coaching in-person or remote?
We're happy to do either, although almost all of our clients prefer the ease and flexibility of remote sessions over Zoom.
What do I need to do before starting coaching?
The only thing we look for before taking a new client is that there is a plan in place for the marketing. That said, the plan doesn't have to be extensive or based on the Digital Engagement Framework™ - we just find having a starting point to build from helps clients get the most from the sessions.
How much does coaching cost?
As we tailor the coaching package to you and your business, we can't give you an exact price without speaking to you. Our packages start from £750 per month, and very few cost more than £1500 per month.
How long am I tied into a coaching package?
You're not - we don't believe in that. We ask for one month's notice if you ever decide to cancel, but that's it. We want you to be working with us because you love the results, not because of some small print.
